All payments are due before or on pickup day: Friday, March 29th 10AM to 2PM at auction location: 721 C Street Arkadelphia, AR 71923

We will be holding the Bobcat Skid Steer until Friday, March 29th Until 5PM to Load Out.

Payment Instructions: Full payment on pickup day or anytime before the pickup dates.  Auction Company will email unpaid invoices at the conclusion of this auction. 

Approved check, cash, visa/master card will be accepted at pickup. If using a Credit Card, a 3% administrative fee will be applied.  10% buyer premium will apply. No Taxes.

No items will be removed from sale site without receipt of payment in full.  No exceptions.

If an invoice remains unpaid after 10 business days, Fowler Auctioneers reserves the right to run the card on file for up to the full amount of all invoices. Nothing will be charged to your card UNLESS you fail to pay or make payment arrangements within 48 hours of the auction close.

Participation Requirements: Name, address, daytime phone number, email address and a Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval. Buyer’s Contract: Your bids placed on the Fowler Auctioneers website are a contract and you are responsible for paying all amounts due. If you cannot pay for and pick up the items during the times specified, then DO NOT BID.

Shipping: Auction company does not ship. Buyer is responsible for the removal of all items ON SPECIFIED DATES.

Failure to Pick-Up Items: All items MUST BE REMOVED from the premises during the designated times. IF YOU FAIL TO PICK-UP ANY ITEMS on the days that have been scheduled you will be subject to penalty up to and including additional storage and administration fees and/or item forfeiture. Fowler Auctioneers, Inc. (Auction Company) is providing an Internet auction as a service to Bidders. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during online bidding. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Auction Company or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly during the online auction. Auction Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

Additional Terms of Sale: YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT TO BUY should you be the winning bidder. All property is sold “AS IS”. There are no returns, refunds, or adjustments. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction.

 The Fowler Auctioneers/Seller reserves the right to refuse service to any bidder or any bids. Fowler Auctioneers reserves the right to decline any bidder that has a bad score or has been permanently declined by other auction companies. All announcements made prior to the close of the internet bidding take precedence over all written or verbal statements, any web-site or flyers. Fowler Auctioneers, Inc. attempts to describe the merchandise to the best of our abilities, however we make no representations or guarantees. Registration finalizes – Each bidder agrees to terms and conditions of sale. Do not bid unless you agree to be bound by these terms. Property to be sold as is where is with faults, without express or implied warranties of any kind. Buyer is to perform all inspections prior to auction with professionals of their choosing. Fowler Auctioneers, Inc. represents the sellers only and does not inspect any item on behalf of buyers and assumes no responsibility for the correctness of any descriptions. Fowler Auctioneers, Inc. is acting exclusively as an agent for Seller and not as an agent for any Bidder or Buyer. No third-party broker is acting as a sub-agent of Auctioneers. Everything sold “as is, where is”. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over all advertisement. All information given orally or in writing was derived from sources believed to be correct, but is not guaranteed. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own information, judgment and inspection.
